I am back home after spending the last month on the beautiful Isle of Wight doing lots of festivals, gigs and interviews. It has been a really busy month and it has been hard work but it was so worth it as I had the best time there.
I am really excited to announce that my band, Pretty Censored, have recently been taken under the wings of Rock Press Music/ RPM Management, ran by Callum Pond and Alex O’Mahoney. We are really lucky to have them and they’ve already done so much for us. Yesterday, they posted a lovely interview of us online with us talking about our musical interests and how the band came to be. You can check that out here:
What an exciting few months it has been! Figured I’d make a little update about my recent and upcoming endeavours.
Recently, I have been writing and recording with my band, Pretty Censored. We’re a five piece Alternative Rock Band based in Cheltenham. We have lots of exciting things coming up soon but I can’t say anything much just yet, though I’m very excited for it all. All I will say is that we are writing lots of fun tunes at the moment, ready to record and perform. In the meantime, you can go check us out on Facebook and Twitter.
Pretty Censored have been my main focus at the moment, but outside of that I have been doing lots travelling seeing family, friends and watching gigs, which was all lots of fun.
Make sure you check out my Upcoming Gigs page to see when and where I’m playing soon. I am playing twice in Cheltenham on Saturday so come down say hello if you’re around!
Until next time,
I just wanted to share these pictures from my gig on Thursday. I had such an amazing time and everyone was so lovely and supportive. I couldn’t feel more grateful. I can’t wait to play tomorrow at the West Midlands Vegan Festival! Come along if you can. It’s going to be an ace day! Anyways, have a great weekend everyone!
Sorry I haven’t posted in a little while. Things have been crazy busy over the last few months but things are a bit more settled now. Here is a little update of what I’ve been up to:
So, Isle of Wight Festival is finished so things are a bit more calm. It was such an amazing few days and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I cannot believe that I played seven times! It was such an honour and I had so much fun meeting new people and just generally being in the festival atmosphere. Thank you so much to everyone who came along to watch!
It’s day three of Isle of Wight festival 2015 and it has been absolutely amazing so far! I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who has come to watch me sing over the past two days. I’ve played three times so far and I’m playing four more times. I’m playing twice today:
